Lakewood Ranch, FL (August 2, 2023) – Heatherwood Construction Company recently completed work on a 28,000 square foot clubhouse at Lakewood National Golf Club, for Lennar Homes.
The clubhouse features a main dining room, a second dining room plus a spacious bar, grill area – with all the areas overlooking the two Arnold Palmer Design Company 18-hole golf courses. Another signature of the clubhouse is a spectacular, gas fireplace. The clubhouse also includes spacious men’s and women’s locker rooms and showers.
The clubhouse was designed with offices and a board room for the Lakewood Ranch HOA. Jeff Schurrer is the Senior Project Manager and John Tiseo is the Project Superintendent, both with Heatherwood Construction Company.
This project was one of three completed by Heatherwood Construction Company at Lakewood National. Other amenities constructed included a fitness center and resort-style pool.
