Fort Myers, FL (Aug. 17, 2023) – Heatherwood Construction Company recently completed the WildBlue Social Center inside this master-planned, gated community near Corkscrew Road.

The 21,018-square-foot clubhouse features a spectacular indoor bar and dining area. The bar is accented by a stunning natural quartz wall. There is also a private dining room. Outside, there is a casual bar that overlooks the resort-style pool and large lake. There is a full kitchen to serve the entire club.  Another amenity is a card room where the patrons can gather.

The senior project manager was Rafael Valdes, and the project superintendent was Alex Oudrhiri, both of Heatherwood Construction. The project architect is the award-winning Humphrey-Rosal Architects. Lennar was the lead on the project in collaboration with other developers in the community, including Pulte, WCI and Stock.

The WildBlue community spans over 3,000 acres and includes 1,100 picturesque home sites nestled around natural wooded preserves and sparkling lakes with resort-style amenities. Within the WildBlue community, Heatherwood Construction built the community entry and gate house, as well as the sports center.
