Nokomis, FL – Heatherwood Construction Company has started construction on a new, stylish and fun-themed pool, café and bar at Talon Preserve on Palmer Ranch, a Pulte-DiVosta community located in Nokomis.

The resort-style, 3,600-square-foot pool will include a rock wall feature, beach entry and lap lane. As residents enjoy the pool, the nearby café and bar will embrace all of their dining and drinking pleasures.

Rafael Valdes is the Senior Project Manager and Wade Smallwood the Senior Superintendent for Heatherwood Construction Company. They are working with architect Randy Rosal of award-winning Humphrey Rosal Architects.

Talon Preserve features 926 homesites overlooking 62 acres of lakes, 110 acres of nature preserve as well as miles of paved walking trails, including a direct connection to the Legacy Trail.
