Sarasota, FL (Aug. 24, 2023) – Heatherwood Construction Company recently completed a collection of projects for the Lennar Homes community of Lorraine Lakes, a development inside Lakewood Ranch.
These projects were a blend of dining, recreation and wellness. A new clubhouse was constructed, featuring an indoor and outdoor bar and grill perfect for any season under the Florida sun. Heatherwood Construction Company also built an indoor basketball gymnasium and an aerobics room to satisfy the fitness needs for the Lorraine Lakes residents. The 22,000 square feet of amenities also included a resort style pool. The Senior Project Manager for Heatherwood Construction Company was Rafael Valdes, while Tom Blatecky was the Senior Project Superintendent and Wade Smallwood the Area Superintendent. The project architect was South Florida Architecture.
