Watersound, FL (March 9, 2023) – Heatherwood Construction Company recently completed amenity projects for a Kolter Homes development in the panhandle of Florida, called NatureWalk at Watersound Origins.
Heatherwood Construction Company, with Mario Andre as Superintendent, completed a distinctly designed clubhouse reflecting the Florida coastal lifestyle with most of the main attractions in an expanded outdoor area, including dining, a self-serve bar, cabanas, fireplace and fire pit. A wellness gym – with the latest exercise equipment – and restrooms are located inside the clubhouse.
Other distinct amenities include a spa, large pool, four pickleball and two tennis courts, a 6,000-square-foot lawn area for events, and small child’s play area.
The Kolter Homes community features two to five-bedroom homes, bordering the Origins Golf Course. The community is located between Panama City and Destin near picturesque Lake Powell.
