Estero, FL (Feb 25, 2022) – Construction has been underway and is now over the halfway benchmark for The Estero Crossings in Estero. This new mixed-use project is two buildings total nearly 12,000 sq. ft. and are located off Corkscrew Road just west of I-75 in Estero. This site will accommodate retail stores and various locally known and national restaurants. Construction on the shell building is scheduled for completion later in summer 2022. Heatherwood has also broken ground on an Oak and Stone Restaurant on the same site. The project is led by the Bonita Springs-based team’s project manager, Chuck Linker, and Superintendent Pete Estrada.  The project was designed by the award-winning GMA Architects & Planners, LLC.
