Walter Crawford
Owner and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Walter is the leader of Heatherwood Construction Company focusing on vision and leadership. His day to day management responsibilities include oversight of estimating, project management, project supervision, and accounting.
Scott Whiteleather
Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Scott’s role is to estimate and manager the daily details of area projects, including purchases, subcontracting, and changes. He is responsible for coordinating office and field activities during the construction period and provides accurate estimating of projects assigned, contract procurement, and review.
David Ellis
Director of Business Development
David works in advancing the growth and message of the company. He also assists in the development of the company’s team.
Brendon T. West
Director of Field Operations
Brendon’s role is to complete construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling projects. He is also responsible for completing quality and safety inspections and supervising sub-contractors and staff.

Heatherwood Construction Company had the first Platinum LEED certification in Collier County and is the builder for six LEED certified buildings in Collier County, perhaps more than anyone else. We are well versed in the use and various components of GREEN building systems. We will offer suggestions and recommendations and participate in the design process to complete a Green Building that fulfills the project requirements and fits into your overall budget.
