Heatherwood Construction has completed the first building for the Shops of Westgate Project on Lee Boulevard in Lehigh Acres. Dollar Tree is open for business in the first building. Scott Whiteleather of Heatherwood managed the project and Pete Estrada supervised the work. The project was designed by Clark, Greer, Latham & Associates in Mobile Alabama.
