Heatherwood Construction Completes
Amenities Renovation at Contessa at Bay Colony
NAPLES, Fla. (09-16-08) – Heatherwood Construction has completed renovations of the amenities at Contessa at Bay Colony. Among the newly restored amenities are the existing pool deck, social terrace and porte cochere, and new landscaping and fountains.
To create a contemporary look for the community, Heatherwood Construction added new brick pavers and a skylight to the porte cochere, modernized the sign and fountain at the entryway and installed Astroturf on the roof deck for social gatherings.
Bay Colony is a private planned community within PelicanBay, located at 8111 Bay Colony Drive. Bay Colony’s 225 acres consists of single-and multi-family homes surrounded by mangrove forests and the Gulf of Mexico, adjacent to the Ritz-Carlton, Naples.
